Thank you for shopping at BLISS LINK. We take pride in offering high-quality press-on nails and beauty accessories. To ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene considerations and the handmade nature of our press-on nails:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Wanting a different style or colour

We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Provide store credit (if a replacement is unavailable)

Issues reported after 7 days may not be eligible.

3. Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

Returns are only accepted if approved by our customer support team before sending the item back.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All components (including tool kits, adhesives, accessories) must be unused and intact
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

 

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive the correct return address via email
  • Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BLISS LINK is not responsible for lost return parcels.

 5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only for approved defective/incorrect items after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 day
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation

 

6. Shipping Issues

BLISS LINK is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  •  Delays caused by postal carriers
  • Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer
