PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched from Townsville, Queensland within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Queensland public holidays.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
• Standard shipping: $7flat rate — estimated delivery in 2–8 business days
• Express shipping: $15 flat rate — estimated delivery in 1–4 business days
• Free standard shipping: Orders over $80 — estimated delivery in 2–8 business days

Orders are sent Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather or carrier delays.

TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

DELAYS OR MISSING PARCELS
